    • We ship across Australia.

    • International shipping is not available at this time, but please enquire if there is something you gotta have!

     

  2. Processing Time

     

    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

     

  3. Shipping Rates

    Shipping rates are as per Australia Post , plus a small packing & handling fee.

  4. Delivery Issues

     

    • If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact Australia Post, or us at shop@collectorzone.com.au

    • Collector Zone is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather, carrier issues, or customs.

    • Collector Zone is not liable for damages or lost packages, items leave here in perfect condition, unless otherwise specified. Australia Post can be contacted for issues using your tracking number, and we will assist where we can.

     

  5. Order Modifications

     

    • Once your order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping address or delivery method.

     

  6. Undelivered Items

     

    • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping fees will apply.
